About the Role:
We're looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of one of our Melbourne Build-to-Rent communities, delivering an exceptional resident experience while driving strong operational and financial performance.
You'll balance commercial outcomes with a people-first approach, creating vibrant communities, maintaining exceptional property standards and building trusted relationships with residents, clients and key stakeholders.
What You'll Be Doing:
As the operational leader onsite, you will:
- Leading and supporting the onsite team, ensuring the property operates smoothly and consistently delivers an exceptional resident experience.
- Building strong relationships with residents, resolving enquiries, overseeing community events and creating a welcoming, connected living environment.
- Driving leasing and financial performance by monitoring occupancy, managing rent reviews, reducing arrears and reporting on asset performance.
- Overseeing maintenance, contractors, compliance and property presentation to ensure the building remains safe, well-maintained and operating to the highest standard.
- Working closely with clients, housing partners and internal teams to deliver operational excellence and continuously improve the resident experience.
About You:You're an experienced residential property professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys balancing operational excellence with meaningful customer relationships. You will bring:
- Previous experience in a Senior Property Manager or similar leadership role.
- Cert IV in Real Estate Practice (VIC).
- Strong knowledge of Victorian Residential Tenancies legislation and property management practices.
- Experience managing budgets, reporting, forecasting and operational performance.
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia & National Police Check.
