The Opportunity: 
  
Drive leasing success and deliver outstanding residential service in a premium Build To Rent (BTR) community at INDI Southbank. Reporting to the Leasing Manager, you’ll lead leasing strategies, convert inspections, and nurture prospective residents through the entire leasing journey.
  
At a glance, you will:

• Achieve occupancy and rental targets with a focus on premium BTR benefits
• Manager CRM efficiently and maintain accurate leasing records
• Conduct compelling property tours and lease negotiations
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation
• Collaborate with our internal marketing team to showcase properties at their best

This is a fixed-term contract position that will conclude in May 2027.
  
Skills & Experience

• Unrestricting working rights in Australia
• Current Agent’s Representative Certification + 1 year post qualification experience
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
• Strong problem-solving and results-driven mindset
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet KPIs
