Why This Role Matters:
Our Operations team plays a vital role in delivering a seamless living experience to our residents and supporting our property staff. As our portfolio continues to grow, the Operations Coordinator is essential in keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. This includes supporting tenant services, coordinating meetings, managing stock, and ensuring day‑to‑day operational needs are met efficiently. Your contribution directly supports the quality, consistency, and reliability of our operations across the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Address and resolve tenant and property queries related to pre-arrival modules.
- Monitor and manage email inboxes (Your Shop and Insurance) to ensure timely stock arrangement, distribution and claim submissions.
- Oversee ad hoc property stock orders and Your Shop inventory, while identifying opportunities to drive sales growth and stock distribution.
- Support properties in delivering pastoral care checks and provide monthly compliance reporting to the operations team
- Monitor and liaise with property teams on unresolved incident actions to ensure prompt resolution.
- Accurately record and distribute meeting minutes while coordinating internal and external stakeholder meetings.
Your Strengths and Experience: You are a highly organised and proactive with strong administrative and communication skills, you are comfortable managing multiple priorities, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time. You are someone who is confident in handling various responsibilities, and your strong organisational skills help ensure our teams have the systems, resources, and structure they need to provide exceptional living experiences to residents.
You will also have:
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office 365 – particularly Excel, Word, Outlook etc.
- Great attention to detail and previous experience managing shared inboxes, coordinating meetings, monitoring compliance and supporting operations.
- A demonstrated passion for improving business processes.
- Strong communication, documentation and organisational skills
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia & National Police Check.
