Your Impact:

We’re launching our newest WeAreLiving community in Preston, Melbourne’s North – and we’re looking for a Resident Experience Team Member who will help shape the very first experience residents have when they call our community home. This role exists to ensure every resident feels supported, welcomed, and connected from day one – creating a seamless, positive living experience they can rely on.
  
This role is fixed-term until approximately September 2026, with potential for extension.

At a glance, you will: 

• Create a welcoming and professional presence that builds trust and fosters a genuine sense of belonging for residents, visitors, and prospective tenants.
• Respond to enquiries with care and clarity, supporting residents with wellbeing needs and day‑to‑day guidance so they feel comfortable, supported, and truly at home.
• Coordinate move‑ins, move‑outs, inspections, and daily administration with accuracy and care, ensuring every resident enjoys a smooth, stress‑free experience.
• Work collaboratively with the Maintenance Manager and service partners to action requests promptly and maintain safe, clean, and well‑functioning living spaces.
• Support, promote, and help deliver community events and activities that encourage participation and connection – creating an inclusive, vibrant environment where every resident feels valued and engaged.

About You:

You are someone who takes pride in delivering a premium experience – whether that’s in residential property, commercial spaces, retail environments, or any customer‑focused setting. Confident, approachable, and eager to learn, you bring a people‑first attitude to every interaction.
You will also have:

• Experience in residential, commercial, or retail property – or strong transferable customer-facing experience
• Strong communication, organisation, and attention to detail
• Familiarity with rental processes and legislation (or a willingness to learn)
• Completed Cert IV in Real Estate/Agent’s Representative Certificate (VIC)
• Unrestricted working rights in Australia & National Police Check.

Please note that a Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice or Agent’s Representative Certificate (VIC) is required for this role. Unfortunately, applications without this qualification will not be progressed.
