Who We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience in production, manufacturing, or factory work
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with regular feedback
• English communication skills are an asset in this multicultural workplace

Compensation and Schedule

• Starting Pay: $20.25/hr during the probationary period
• Pay increases after probation based on efficiency and workmanship quality
• Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30/4:00 PM (depending on the production line)
• Monday to Friday, with minimal overtime and no weekend shifts
