Senior Project Manager - Municipal Infrastructure (Water & Wastewater)
The Opportunity

We're looking for a Senior Project Manager who thrives on solving complex challenges and guiding large infrastructure projects from concept through construction.
In this role, you'll act as a trusted advisor to municipal clients while leading projects focused on water, wastewater, sewer, and drainage infrastructure. Your expertise will help deliver essential public infrastructure that communities rely on every day.

What You'll Be Doing - Lead municipal infrastructure projects from planning through construction
- Act as a trusted advisor to municipal clients
- Oversee project planning including scope, schedule, and budget management
- Manage multi-disciplinary teams including consultants and contractors
- Provide technical oversight and design review for water and wastewater infrastructure
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and project presentations
- Manage procurement processes including RFPs and tenders
- Support pursuit and acquisition of new infrastructure projects
What We're Looking For - Minimum 8 years of project management experience in infrastructure or construction
- Experience delivering municipal water, wastewater, sewer, or drainage projects
- Strong experience representing owners or municipal clients
- P.Eng. designation required
- Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or related engineering discipline
- Experience leading projects through planning, design, and construction phases
- Experience participating in RFPs, tenders, and procurement processes
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Compensation & Work Model Base Salary: $97,920 - $134,640 CAD
Bonus: Performance-based annual bonus opportunities
Work Model: Hybrid
Location & Travel Location: British Columbia (Lower Mainland)
Travel may occur occasionally for project meetings and client engagements.
