Continuous Improvement Systems Analyst (ERP Readiness) Build the operational backbone before ERP – and make it work the right way

We’re looking for someone who thrives in the space between operations and systems—someone who can walk the floor, understand real workflows, and then turn that into smarter, cleaner, more efficient ways of working.
You’ll play a critical role in shaping how the business operates before a major ERP implementation. That means your work won’t just be seen—it will be foundational.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Analyze and map business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and waste
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that standardize and optimize workflows
• Translate operational needs into practical system enhancements (Tori, Microsoft tools, Jira)
• Improve data integrity, accessibility, and usability across systems
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting (Power BI, Excel) that drive decision-making
• Conduct scenario and “what-if” analysis to support strategic planning
• Support ERP readiness by aligning processes, data structures, and system requirements
• Act as the bridge between operations, IT, and CI to ensure alignment and progress
• Track and support improvement initiatives to ensure execution and follow-through
• Assist with user adoption through training, documentation, and support

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in a manufacturing, operations, or production environment
• Exposure to Continuous Improvement, Lean, or Six Sigma principles
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills (Power BI, Excel)
• Ability to connect data insights to real-world operational processes
• Experience translating business needs into systems and workflow improvements
• Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
• Highly organized with strong ownership and follow-through

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to ERP systems or ERP readiness initiatives
• Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem (Power Platform, Dynamics)
• Experience with Jira or similar workflow tools
• Interest in developing project management skills (PMP or similar)
