Infrastructure Project Manager
We're looking for a Project Manager based in Vancouver who wants to lead infrastructure projects that have real impact — projects that improve transportation, water systems, and community infrastructure across the Lower Mainland.

What You'll Be Doing
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of infrastructure projects of varying complexity
- Manage stakeholders including consultants, contractors, and government clients
- Ensure project goals related to schedule, budget, and scope are achieved
- Lead project meetings and coordinate collaboration across multiple project teams
- Oversee project documentation, reporting, and quality management processes
- Support change management, payment certifications, and project administration
- Identify and support business development opportunities with existing and prospective clients
- Monitor project performance through schedules, financial tracking, and reporting
What We're Looking For
Experience
- 5-7 years of project management experience
- Experience representing owners in the delivery of infrastructure projects
- Demonstrated experience delivering complex civil or infrastructure projects
Project Types (Preferred)
Experience in one or more of the following:
- Highways
- Urban roadways
- Bridges
- Water and wastewater infrastructure
- Municipal civil infrastructure
Education
- Degree or diploma in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related discipline
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies
- Experience working within structured PMO environments
- MS Project or scheduling software
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Certifications (Preferred)
- EIT or P.Eng designation
- PMP certification
Soft Skills
- Strong stakeholder and client relationship management
- Clear communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and leadership ability
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work within structured processes
Compensation & Work Model
Base Salary:
$72,158 - $103,993 CAD
Compensation is determined based on experience, skills, and location.

Location: Vancouver, BC
Projects are primarily located across the Lower Mainland. Some regional travel to project sites may be required.
