Our client is seeking charismatic Brand Ambassadors to represent a global leader in water treatment solutions at select Costco locations across the West Region of Ontario.
In this role, you’ll be the face of the brand, engaging shoppers, introducing them to innovative water solutions, and generating qualified leads for the sales team. Your personality, communication skills, and ability to connect with people will play a key role in the success of this program.
Key Responsibilities
• Engage Costco shoppers in a friendly and professional manner
• Introduce customers to the brand and its water treatment solutions
• Deliver brand messaging using a clear and engaging scripted approach
• Generate qualified leads and collect customer information for the sales team
• Represent the brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity
• Meet or exceed lead generation targets
• Work independently while maintaining strong brand presence
Locations
You will rotate between Costco locations in the West Region, including:
• Mississauga Heartland
• NW Vaughan
• Burlington
Locations rotate approximately every two weeks.
Schedule & Compensation
Hourly Pay: $22/hour
Commission: 3.5% on closed sales
Full-Time Shifts
• 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM
or
• 3:00 PM – 8:30 PM
Candidates must be flexible to work weekdays and/or weekends.
What We’re Looking For
• Experience in a customer-facing role
• Background in customer service, events, sales, or lead generation
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
• Charismatic, outgoing personality with confidence approaching new people
• Professional demeanor and ability to represent the brand positively
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Additional language skills are considered an asset
Requirements
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Own vehicle and ability to travel within the designated region
• Flexibility to rotate locations every two weeks
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Availability to attend team conference calls and complete minimal administrative work
