Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, an environmental service, who are looking for a Business Development Manager to join their team in Yorkshire.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include: 

• Research, engage and develop new business sales for the company to exceed margin targets by raising profits. 
• Identify company needs and work with other departments to deliver the right solution for different circumstances. 
• Work with Operations team to develop Supply Chain processes to improve performance. 
• Prepare tender submissions and quotations for market proposition. 
• Stay aware of waste management trends to improve personal performances. 

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies: 

• Previous Business Development experience with past results of exceeding sales growth. 
• Commercially astute. 
• Strong analytical skills along with internal and external communication. 
• Background experience in the waste management sector.
