Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, a Public Sector Organisation , who are looking to recruit an experienced Administrator to join their team based in the Tonbridge area.
  
JOB DETAILS

• PAY RATE: £23,500 Per Annum
• WORK TYPE: Permanent 
• WORK PATTERN: Full Time
• LOCATION: Kent  

JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:  

• Dealing with routine enquires on ensuring that electronic file notes
• Arranging meetings and taking minutes
• Using a range of software packages including Microsoft.
• Prepare paperwork, and log and receipting on the system for the passing of invoices for prompt payment and Coding of Invoices where appropriate
• Handle general enquiries from external clients, tenants, and members of the public

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• Maths and English GCSEs or equivalent skills/experience
• Working in a customer focused environment with demonstrable customer care skills
• Processing and recording information accurately and in a clear and concise way
