About the Role: In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing a busy and growing temp desk focused on mobile plant operators, machinery crews, and site-based civil teams. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing end-to-end recruitment for mobile plant, operators, and civil site roles
• Sourcing high-quality candidates using databases, job boards, and proactive outreach
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships across mining, infrastructure, and civil sectors
• Coordinating mobilisation, site readiness, and compliance requirements
• Driving growth of an already warm desk with the support of a high-performing team

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years + experience in recruitment, ideally within mobile plant, blue-collar, or labour hire
• Strong understanding of roles across civil construction, earthworks, and heavy equipment operations
• Excellent communication and client service skills
• Proven ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume desk
• A positive, proactive mindset and strong attention to detail
• A passion for delivering high-quality recruitment solutions
