Join a Growing Team Delivering High-Quality Projects Are you a driven and detail-oriented Project Engineer ready to step up into a Junior Project Manager role? We’re seeking a motivated individual to join and support the delivery of high-value projects across Perth.

You’ll play a key role in assisting with planning, coordination, procurement, and site operations — gaining hands-on experience while progressing your project management career.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist the Project Manager in planning and delivering projects on time and within budget
• Coordinate site activities, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Review project documentation, scopes of work, and technical drawings
• Manage procurement processes and material scheduling
• Monitor construction progress and report against key milestones
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
• Maintain strong communication with site teams, consultants, and clients

What We’re Looking For

• Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or similar
• 1–3 years' experience in a Project Engineer, Site Engineer, or similar role
• A proactive attitude and desire to grow into project management
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and documentation
• Proficiency in project software tools
