Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support WHS initiatives on site and in workshop environments
• Conduct audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations
• Facilitate toolbox talks, safety meetings, and inductions
• Maintain compliance with HSE legislation and internal systems
• Engage effectively with stakeholders across multiple teams

Ideal Background:

• Minimum Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety
• 3+ years' experience in a site-based HSE role
• Exposure to mining, manufacturing, or industrial sectors
• Food Safety/Handling Certification – highly desirable
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
