Engineering Trades Australia are expanding our workforce across the Greater Brisbane and Gold Coast regions and are currently seeking experienced and reliable Civil Operators, Skilled Labourers, and HR Drivers to join our growing civil & commercial construction projects.

We’re recruiting for a range of positions including:

• Civil Operators (Excavator, Moxy, Roller, Dump Truck)
• Skilled Labourers with civil or commercial construction experience
• HR Drivers with civil or construction site experience

These roles support various stages of civil works including site prep, roadworks, drainage, material handling, concreting, and machine operation.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in civil construction or related industries
• Relevant RII plant tickets for operators (highly regarded)
• HR Driver's License and safe driving record
• Construction White Card
• Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and reliability
• Ability to travel to multiple sites if required
• Willingness to assist with general site duties
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
