About the Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Building Construction Manager to join a growing construction team in Kalgoorlie. This is a senior position overseeing residential and commercial projects – including modular builds – from start to finish. You’ll lead a direct team of carpenters and concreters and be provided with your own office to support successful project delivery.


Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Oversee and coordinate supervisors, contractors, trades, and site teams
• Monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues, and manage risk
• Ensure full compliance with building codes, regulations, and WHS standards
• Lead and mentor teams to maintain a positive, productive work environment
• Maintain accurate project documentation including cost and quality records
• Communicate effectively with clients and key stakeholders

What You’ll Bring

• Tertiary qualification in Construction or Project Management
• WA Licensed Builder (preferred)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar Building Construction Manager role
• Experience in residential and/or commercial construction
• Strong understanding of modular construction methods
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities
• Proficient in project management software (e.g. Microsoft Projects, SimPro)
• Thorough knowledge of building methods, legislation, and safety practices
