About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to oversee the delivery of civil construction projects based in Perth. The successful candidate will take ownership of projects from mobilisation through to completion, ensuring performance across time, budget, safety, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of civil construction projects
• Manage on-site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure project milestones are met
• Maintain compliance with all safety and environmental regulations
• Develop strong client and stakeholder relationships
• Provide accurate project reporting to senior management

About You

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within the civil construction industry
• Background in delivering projects such as subdivisions, roadworks, or earthworks
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• Knowledge of WA construction standards and safety regulations
