Engineering Trades Australia is seeking experienced Civil Supervisors to join a well-established WA-based civil, construction, and mining contractor. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on long-term infrastructure and earthworks projects across Perth’s NOR and SOR, while being home every night.

About the Role:

You’ll be responsible for overseeing teams on site, ensuring earthworks and underground utility installations are delivered safely, on time, and to spec. This role offers strong job security, a Monday–Friday roster (occasional Saturdays), and opportunities for career progression.

To be considered for this role, you will have:

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a civil supervisor or site foreman
• Proven experience in earthworks and underground utility installation
• Section 44 or Section 26 statutory ticket
• Construction Induction Card (White Card)
• Ability to read and interpret plans and technical drawings
• Valid manual WA driver's licence
• Strong skills in HSE management and quality control
• Excellent communication and time management abilities
• Australian working rights
