Project Details:

• Location: Tannum Sands, QLD
• Project Type: Nursing Home – Commercial Construction
• Duration: 12+ months
• Hours: 10-hour days (OT available as required)
• Start: ASAP

Scope of Work:

• Rough-in and fit-off for a multi-room aged care facility
• Installation of power, lighting, data, and communication systems
• Switchboard installation and terminations
• Running and securing conduit, cable trays, and wiring systems
• Installation of emergency and exit lighting
• Testing, fault finding, and commissioning of electrical systems
• Reading and interpreting construction drawings and electrical plans
• Ensuring compliance with AS/NZS electrical standards
• Working closely with site supervisors and other trades to meet daily project milestones
• Adhering to WHS procedures and site safety protocols

Requirements:

• Current QLD Electrical Licence
• Construction White Card
• Working at Heights and EWP tickets (preferred)
• Commercial construction experience essential
• Full Australian working right
