Are you passionate about safety, quality, and driving operational excellence? Our client, a leader in structural steel fabrication and construction, is seeking a proactive HSEQ Specialist to oversee and continuously improve their Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality systems.

Location: Maddington, WA

Employment Type: Full-time, permanent

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain HSEQ policies in line with ISO, IMS, and industry best practice
• Conduct internal audits, risk assessments, and workplace inspections
• Drive compliance across QA, environmental regulations, and incident management
• Oversee welder qualification, MDR submissions, and ensure WPS/WQR accuracy
• Implement safety training across plant operations, including crane and tool use
• Coordinate supplier evaluations and foster continuous HSEQ improvements

What You’ll Need:

• Degree in WHS, Environmental Science, Engineering or related field
• 4+ years' experience in a similar HSEQ role, ideally in structural steel or construction
• Strong knowledge of AS/NZS 5131, ISO systems, and risk management
• Practical auditing, quality assurance, and compliance skills
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement ability
