Job Description:
As a Temporary Administration Support Executive, you will be an integral part of the Corporate Services team, providing comprehensive support across financial management, procurement, and general administration. This role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented individual looking to apply their skills in a dynamic public sector setting.

Job Duties:

1. Financial Management Support: Provide hands-on support in account and financial management, including processing payment settlements, preparing and submitting claims of reimbursement, and compiling regular returns and statistics.
2. Procurement Assistance: Assist in a range of procurement matters, from conducting market research to providing administrative support for verification and checking processes, and preparing various procurement-related returns.
3. General Administration: Perform general administrative duties, ensuring smooth office operations through effective records management and logistical support.
4. Ad Hoc Projects: Undertake other ad hoc duties and projects as required by the team.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree from a Hong Kong university or equivalent.
• Met the language proficiency requirements of "Level 3" or above in Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSEE or HKCEE, or equivalent. (Note: 'Grade C' in Chinese & English (Syllabus B) in HKCEE before 2007 are accepted as 'Level 3').
• An excellent command of both written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) and English. Proficiency in another language would be an advantage.
• High proficiency in English and Chinese word processing, and in the application of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
