Position: Supply Chain Manager
Contract period: Permanent
Working Location: Admiralty, Hong Kong
Salary: HK$600,000 - HK$1,200,000 per annum
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00

Job Duties:

1. Develop and implement global supply and logistics strategies and network layouts in line with the company’s international business goals in civil explosives and mining services.
2. Oversee end-to-end international supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency and stability from dispatch to delivery.
3. Build a highly reliable and cost-effective global logistics and supply chain service network through business negotiations and resource integration.
4. Develop, evaluate, and manage global supplier partnerships, including international freight forwarders, airlines, shipping companies, customs brokers, overseas warehouses, and last-mile delivery providers.
5. Ensure supply chain security and compliance with international trade regulations, manage risks in complex global environments, and establish contingency plans for emergencies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or related disciplines.
• A minimum of 10 years of international supply chain management experience, with at least 6 years in a full-scale management capacity. Prior experience in engineering or civil explosives international supply chain management is highly preferred.
• Strong command of English, capable of using it as a primary working language.
• In-depth expertise in import/export regulations, tariff policies, international trade terms (Incoterms), and logistics operations. Regional experience in Africa, South America, Oceania, Central Asia, and/or Southeast Asia is a distinct advantage.
• Demonstrated excellence in strategic planning and execution.
• High resilience and the ability to work effectively under pressure, manage time zone differences, handle crises, and demonstrate a keen awareness of international risks.
