Position: E-platform & Programme Support Officer
Employer: Matching Asia Limited
Contract period: 12 months (May 2026 to May 2027)
Working Location: Audience Building Office located on 10/F, Queen Elizabeth Stadium, Wanchai, HK. Or another programmes / activities of the Office
Salary: HK$1,377.00 per working day
Working hours: 9 hours (included one-hour meal break) normally between 0900 to 1800

Job Duties:

1. To assist in the enhancement, management and maintenance of the school e-platform system including:
   • liaising with the contractor on system enhancement and maintenance.
   • coordinating with other government offices for technical advice.
   • coordinating with all Hong Kong schools regarding system registration and usage.
2. To assist in the management of the ABO webpage, including the Content Management System (CMS), by coordinating in-house requests and liaising with the contractor.
3. To assist in data management of ABO's programmes on various e-channels including LCSD PA Portal and the website of the Chinese Culture Promotion Office.
4. To assist in organising various arts educational programmes, focusing on programme logistics, administrative support, liaising with arts groups, cultural venues, and participants, tackling irregularities and monitoring artist performances.
5. To assist in preparing and compiling various statistical returns, evaluation reports, EDB school list and other administrative work, and perform any other duties as assigned by senior officers.

Requirements:

• Hold a bachelor's degree from a university in Hong Kong, or equivalent.
• Attained Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSEE or HKCEE, or equivalent.
• Possess at least three (3) years of full-time post-qualification working experience, including a minimum of two (2) years in organising cultural or arts related programmes, or arts administration.
• Be proficient in common computer applications (e.g., MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of web development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is an advantage.
• Knowledge of performing arts and backstage technical support is a plus.
• Must be a permanent resident of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region at the time of appointment.
