Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Contract Period: 12 months from April 2026
Location: Wong Tai Sin, Kowloon
Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 44 hours per week, between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
Job Duties :
- Provide administrative and secretarial support
- Handle contract/procurement: draft correspondence, assist assessment panel, prepare agreements, file records
- Manage enquiries and facilitate communication
- Liaise for inspection visits and record submission
- Provide logistics for meetings/briefings: scheduling, reservations, venue setup
- Monitor outsourced services: review reports, maintain documentation
- Consolidate returns, process payments, monitor HIV programme expenditures
- Perform other duties as instructed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from HK university or equivalent
- ≥2 years’ full-time admin/management experience (experience with senior officers or public health research/statistics an advantage)
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; preferably Access; Chinese/English word processing (倉頡/速成)
- Good customer service, communication, interpersonal skills
- Able to serve multiple supervisors, work independently under pressure
- HKDSEE: Level 3 Chinese, Level 2 English; or HKCEE equivalent
- Good command of Cantonese & English (Putonghua an advantage); strong written Chinese & English
