Position:                    Project Co-Ordinator
Contract period:        16 Jun 2026-15 Mar 2027
Working Location:     Public Works Central Laboratory Building, 2B Cheung Yip Street, Kowloon Bay, Kowloon
Salary:                      HK$28,029.00
Working hours:        44 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:18 pm (including a 1-hour meal break)
 
Job Duties:
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties:

• Provide logistical and administrative support in organizing the relocation of the Public Works Central Laboratory to caverns.
• Carry out day-to-day office duties, including building management, collecting returns, and answering enquiries.
• Coordinate and monitor the programme for the procurement, relocation, and disposal of laboratory equipment and furniture.
• Perform word processing, data processing, statistical analysis, and contract document checking/editing.
• Manage contracts related to building management and the procurement of laboratory equipment.
• Perform other ad-hoc or miscellaneous duties assigned for the Public Works Laboratories (PWL) as directed by the Government Representative or their delegate.

 
Requirements:
 

• A bachelor's degree from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Familiarity with PC applications and good computer skills in MS Word and MS Excel.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated, well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently, collaboratively, and under pressure.
