Position: Temporary Booking Assistant
Contract period: 6 months starting from early March 2026
Working Location: Sha Tin, New Territories
Working hours: 0900 to1800 hours on Mondays to Friday
Job duties:
- Assist booking unit operations
- Input & process applications in Booking System
- Maintain log records of incoming applications
- Liaise with applicants on programme content & application details
- Prepare minutes for ordinary, special & late bookings
- Provide general administrative support
- Answer public enquiries in person or by phone
- Perform other duties as assigned by senior officers
Qualification and skill requirements:
- Permanent resident of HKSAR, lawfully employable
- Non-degree tertiary education + 3 yrs admin support experience; OR HKALE/HKDSE or equivalent + 4 yrs admin support experience
- HKCEE/HKDSE: 5 passes incl. Chinese, English & Mathematics
- Public sector or performing arts venue booking experience preferred
- Good communication & interpersonal skills, mature personality
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese word processing
