Job Description
Position: Contract Legal Counsel (Greater Bay Area)
Salary: HK$45,000 per month
Job Duties:

• Provide legal advice and support to the company on a wide range of commercial, HR service, and consultancy matters within the Greater Bay Area.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and commercial agreements in compliance with both Hong Kong and PRC laws.
• Conduct legal due diligence, risk assessments, and ensure compliance with cross-border operations.
• Manage legal matters involved in the daily operations of the company and its subsidiaries, including but not limited to drafting, reviewing and revising various types of contracts, agreements or legal documents.

 
Requirements:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Law or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
• A minimum of 5 years of legal experience, with at least 3 years of exposure to the Greater Bay Area, preferably in the professional consulting sector.
• Proven expertise in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Strong experience in handling cross-border legal issues, compliance, and contract negotiations.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and native Mandarin.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to Shenzhen.
