To manage the contract and monitor the operation of the GREEN@COMMUNITY facilities,

Contract Period: 9 months starting from Jan 2026
Working Location: 5/F., Centre Parc, 11 Sheung Yuet Road, Kowloon Bay, Kowloon, or other offices or working space designated by the EPD.
Salary: HK$42,000.00 per month
Working Hours:
45 hours gross per week, normally from 9:00am to 6:00pm (including one-hour lunch break)
from Monday to Friday
(Service may be required on Sundays and Public Holidays subject to operational needs.)

Job Requirement:
(i) A Bachelor's degree from a university in Hong Kong, or equivalent, in subject relevant to science, engineering, environmental management and technology, or equivalent;
(ii) Minimum five (5) years' relevant full-time post-qualification working experience in waste reduction, waste management and assessment, waste recovery/recycling, waste facilities management and recycling contract management, among which at least four (4) years working experience in customer service/waste recycling complaint and enquiry handling, and with a minimum two (2) years working experience in handling branding matters and managing contracts on waste recovery/recycling, as well as minimum one (1) year working experience at supervisory level;
(iii) Have met the language proficiency requirement of "Level 3" (See Note) or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent. [Note: "Grade C" in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in the HKCEE before 2007 are accepted administratively as comparable to "Level 3" in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth];
(iv) Have good command of written English and Chinese, fluent spoken English and Cantonese and proficiency in Putonghua;
(v) Have good data analysis, project coordination and presentation skills;
(vi) Have good interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivation and ability to work independently; and
(vii) Preferably have knowledge and experience in computer applications (e.g. word processing in Chinese and English, spreadsheet and presentation software, etc.).
Job duties
(i) To manage the contract and monitor the operation of the GREEN@COMMUNITY facilities, including monitoringcontractors' compliance with contract requirements and vetting
submissions of the facility operators;
(ii) To perform a supervisory role in site inspections to the GREEN@COMMUNITY facilities, and their relatedevents/activities for compliance check;
(iii) To provide input in responding to public enquiries and complaints concerning community recycling network;
(iv) To prepare and manage the contracts of facilities enhancement for community recycling network;
(v) To prepare and update papers, information notes, guidelines, presentation decks and other necessary materials in relation to the community recycling network;
(vi) To prepare the branding and publicity materials in promoting the community recycling network;
(vii) To liaise with all relevant stakeholders, including but not limited to different Government departments, contractors and property management office when managing the contracts;
(viii) To supervise, train and coach new staff of the team for supporting daily operations and various initiatives of the GREEN@COMMUNITY facilities; and
(ix ) To perform any other duties assigned as appropriate.
