Position: Senior Executive Assistants
Client / Employer: AR Solution Ltd.
Contract period: 12 months
Working Location: Cheung Sha Wan and at any places in Hong Kong as assigned.
Salary: HK$ 44,170.00 per month
Working hours: 44 hours per week (inclusive of one-hour meal break per day), normally from Mondays to Fridays.

Job Duties: (a) To monitor the initiation and progress of legal recovery actions against student loan defaulters and their indemnifiers by filing claims to the Small Claims Tribunal or referring cases to the Department of Justice and related enforcement actions.
(b) To oversee and review the daily operation of the Small Claims Team.
(c) To negotiate with defaulters and attend court hearings.
(d) To supervise staff in the Small Claims Team.
Requirements: - Be a permanent resident of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
- Have a Bachelor's degree from a university in Hong Kong, or equivalent.
- Have a minimum of three (3) years' post-qualification full-time working experience in administration work, including one (1) year or more at a managerial level in the Government/public sector organisation. Experience in legal proceedings or handling legal cases is an advantage.
- With good command of both Chinese and English and have met the language proficiency requirements of "Level 2" results in the two language papers (Use of Chinese and English) in the Common Recruitment Examination (CRE) or equivalent.
- Equipped with good computer knowledge.
- Have good communication skills, with logical thinking and team spirit.
