Position: Project Coordination and Venue Operation Officer

Salary: HK$125.00 per hour
Working hours: Mondays to Fridays (excluding Public Holidays) 09:15am — 06:15pm (including meal break of one hour not less than net 8 working hours for one work day)

Job Duties:
(a) To assist in planning and conducting various events, e.g. accessible service, exhibition preview, exhibition opening, guided tour, fun fair, etc.;
(b) To provide support for accessible art projects, e.g. planning and leading accessible guided tour;
(c) To follow up logistics, and be responsible for organising the services to be carried out according to the plans, and provide adequate labour, equipment and materials to ensure smooth running of the events;
(d) To provide support in administrative, financial, procurement and contract management matters, etc.;
(e) To prepare Chinese and English documents including meeting agenda, minutes, reports, work schedules and presentations with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
(f) To carry out checking on the performance of the contractors and special arrangements and measures with the Government Representative for variation;
(g) To liaise and coordinate with different partners, such as government departments and contractors, for venue management purpose in ensuring the daily operation;
(h) To liaison with schools and community organizations to provide guided tour service;
(i) To liaise and coordinate with project partner and different contractors for ensuring the smooth running of the event;
(j) To follow up logistics to ensure smooth running of the programmes;
(k) To assist in preparing publicity materials for various e-channels and printed media; monitor office Facebook, lnstagram and other social media account when required;
(1) To provide simple photo taking, video shooting and editing for programmes;
(m) To deliver workshops to schools and community organizations when necessary;
(n) To assist in equipment and storage management;
(o) To perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisors.
