We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Office Assistant to join a government department.  This role is ideal for candidates who are organized, proactive, and ready to contribute to meaningful public service work.
Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and clerical support on claim-related matters
• Prepare documentation bundles for non-refoulement claim appeals/petitions
• Handle inquiries and direct them to the appropriate officers
• Organize, maintain, and retrieve case files; support proper record management
• Verify and update data in the system for accuracy
• Coordinate dispatch and collection of documents among offices, departments, and organizations
• Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by government representatives

Requirements:

• Completed secondary education or above
• Proficiency in both Cantonese and English (verbal and written); able to read and write in Chinese and English
• Basic computer knowledge in MS Word and Excel
• Responsible, detail-minded, and able to work independently

• 處理及分流查詢給相關人員
• 整理、保存及檢索個案檔案，協助記錄管理
• 核對及更新資料庫的準確性
• 協調辦公室、部門或機構之間的文件收發與遞送
• 按政府代表指派執行其他臨時工作

職位要求：

• 中學程度或以上
• 能操流利廣東話及英語，並懂中英文讀寫
• 熟悉電腦操作（MS Word、Excel）
• 為人細心、具責任感並能獨立工作
