Position: Clerical Clerk (Government Sector / 12-Month Contract)
Client / Employer: Advance Resources Personnel Consultants Ltd. on behalf of DOH - Student Health Service
Contract period: 01 Oct 2025 to 30 Sep 2026 (12 months)
Working Location: Lam Tin / Yau Ma Tei
Salary: HK$ 16,135.00 per month
Working hours: 44 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 18:00, including 1-hour meal break)

Job Duties:

1. To perform general clerical duties and to assist in the filing/typing work, including reviewing and rectifying discrepancies of existing files, organising and tiding up records/files and compiling filing lists, etc.
2. To manage correspondence, such as preparing, sending, and receiving emails, letters, and other forms of communication.
3. To arrange repair and maintenance of office/medical equipment.
4. To perform duties related to enrolment and data input to Clinical Information Management System 2.
5. To answer incoming enquires/complaints and handle related backlog enquiries if indicated.
6. To handle application of medical records, verify and process payments as well as to maintain accurate payment records.
7. To assist in appointment scheduling, vehicle booking and arranging follow-up appointments/referral of clients.
8. Any other duties as assigned by senior officers.

Requirements:

• Level 2 or equivalent or above in five subjects including Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent; OR Level 2 / Grade E or above in five subjects including Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent.
• Preferable with at least one year of full-time experience in provision of clerical support services.
• Have good knowledge in the application of common business software (e.g. Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Typing speed: English at 35 words per minute and Chinese at 25 words per minute (Cangjie or Sucheng input method).
• Be able to speak English and fluent Cantonese; proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, responsible, punctual and be able to work independently.
• Have good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external clients (e.g. polite telephone manner).
