Project Manager – Wastewater Construction (Austin, TX)

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead complex water and wastewater infrastructure projects across the Austin area. If you can run treatment plant upgrades, lift stations, heavy utilities, and self-perform work without breaking a sweat — this one’s for you.

What You’ll Lead

• Wastewater/water treatment plant construction
• Lift & pump stations
• Underground utilities and heavy civil scopes
• Scheduling, budgeting, procurement & subcontractor coordination
• Project documentation: RFIs, submittals, change orders, progress reports
• Field team leadership and mentoring

What You Bring

• 5+ years managing heavy civil / utility / wastewater projects
• Strong knowledge of earthwork, concrete, and underground utilities
• Ability to run full project lifecycle — precon to closeout
• Experience with project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.)
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience
