A growing civil contractor is seeking an experienced Utility Project Manager to support water and sewer infrastructure projects. This role will be split between field and office work, overseeing multiple active projects simultaneously, depending on size and complexity.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage water and sewer utility projects, including underground installations and pump stations
• Oversee 4–5 active projects at a time, based on scope and complexity
• Coordinate daily project activities among field crews, subcontractors, and office staff
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and costs to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
• Participate in client communications and project meetings; client-facing responsibilities may increase over time
• Review plans, specifications, and project documentation
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and company procedures
• Support project closeout, including documentation and final reporting
