A solid, Texas-grown outfit (heavy civil) with a massive backlog of work needs an experienced Project Manager who actually knows their way around a TXDOT site.

The Real Deal (What you’ll be doing):

• Running the Show: You’ll own the job from the day we win it to the day the final striping goes down.
• Managing the Mess: You’ll handle the budgets, the P6 schedules, and the change orders so the guys in the field can keep moving.
• The "Go-To" Person: You’re the one talking to TXDOT and the engineers. When there’s a problem, they call you, and you fix it.
• Keeping it Moving: You'll oversee one or two projects at a time making sure the superintendents have exactly what they need.

What You’ve Got to Have:Street Cred:
At least 5+ years running heavy highway or infrastructure jobs.
The "Texas Factor":
You have to have TXDOT experience. It’s the bread and butter of what we do.
The Paperwork:
A degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
The Tools:
You're comfortable with HCSS HeavyJob, Primavera P6, and you can hold your own in an Excel sheet.

• Salary: $115,000-$140,000 (commensurate with experience)
• Project-based bonus structure paid at project completion
