The Opportunity: My client is winning a monster backlog of heavy civil work (DOT, Earthwork, Structures) across the Permian Basin (Midlands/ Odessa etc). We aren't looking for a temporary traveler; we’re looking for a APM/ Senior PE ready to relocate, stack cash, and take ownership of a massive regional portfolio.

The Starting Point

• Starting compensation: Up to $120k Base (experience depending) + Performance Bonuses + Full Benefits.
• The Career Leap: Rapid promotion track to Project Manager. With this much work, you won't be "waiting your turn."
• Stability: Long-term, permanent backlog in Midland, Odessa, and Big Spring. No "project-to-project" uncertainty.
• Relocation: Assistance provided (if necessary) to get you to the home base in Midland.

The Work

• Projects: Heavy Highway (TxDOT), massive Earthwork, Utilities, and Structures.
• Scope: Manage RFIs, submittals, and subs across multiple active sites.
• Culture: High-intensity, high-reward. You’ll be in the field daily, driving the schedule and the bottom line.

What You Need

• Heavy Civil DNA: Proven experience in dirt, structures, or roadway work (TxDOT experience is a major plus).
• Senior Specs: You’ve spent several years as a PE and are ready for APM/Sr. PE responsibilities.
• The Mindset: You’re ready to relocate to Midland and trade the city lights for career-defining project scale.
• P6 scheduling experience a strong advantage
