Location: 50-mile radius of Denver, CO

About the Role:

Our client is seeking experienced Paving Superintendents to lead multiple asphalt paving crews across projects in the Denver area. This is a hands-on role managing operations, personnel, and quality while maintaining safety standards. Opportunities exist for both daytime and night-time supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee asphalt paving crews, ensuring productivity and quality standards are met
• Manage daily scheduling, resource allocation, and on-site logistics
• Monitor and enforce safety compliance; promote a safety-first culture
• Mentor foremen and crew members to enhance performance
• Coordinate with project managers and other superintendents for seamless operations
• Maintain accurate reporting and documentation for each project

Requirements:

• 5+ years of asphalt paving experience, running one or multiple crews
• Prior experience as a foreman preferred
• Ability to work peak season hours: 12–14 hour days, 6–7 days per week (March–October)
• Night and weekend work as required during peak season
• Valid Motor Vehicle Record and ability to pass drug screening (including federally compliant policies)
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
• Commitment to long-term career growth in the paving industry
