APM & PM roles with a self-performing civil contractor delivering site development & utilities projects across Central Florida
We’re partnering with a well-established self-performing heavy civil contractor delivering large-scale site development, earthworks, underground utilities, roadwork and public-sector infrastructure projects across Central Florida. This is a boots-on-the-ground builder, not a paper contractor. Crews, equipment, and long-term pipeline already in place.
They’re growing steadily and need Assistant Project Managers and Project Managers who understand how site development actually works. You’ll be involved end-to-end: procurement, subcontractor coordination, schedules, RFIs, cost tracking, and working directly with superintendents on active sites. Projects range from private site development through to DOT-adjacent and municipal infrastructure.
This role suits someone currently working in civil, utilities, site development, paving, or earthworks, who wants more responsibility, cleaner structure, and real progression without corporate nonsense.
