Responsibilities:

• Harness your data engineering expertise in pivotal areas such as fraud detection, cancer research, and national intelligence.
• Collaborate with a diverse team in a fast-paced, agile setting to derive crucial insights from complex data sets.
• Utilize and enhance your skills by working on mission-driven projects that make a significant difference in the world.

• Experience in designing, developing, operationalizing, or maintaining complex data applications at an enterprise scale.
• Proficiency in retrieving, parsing, or processing structured and unstructured data to derive useful insights.
• Skill in data validation, cleansing, or enrichment techniques to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Proven ability to develop scripts and programs to convert diverse types of data into usable formats.
• Possession of a Top Secret clearance reflecting trust and reliability.

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience in data engineering, data management, or ETL tasks, or 12+ years of related experience in place of a degree.
• Experience in building and optimizing data pipelines using tools such as Databricks and AWS, including a solid understanding of ETL and ELT workflows.
• Familiarity with Amazon S3, Amazon Redshift, MySQL, or Snowflake, as well as experience with Apache Spark, AWS Glue, Hadoop, or Kafka.
