Role: Cybersecurity Analyst
  
Location: 100% Remote
  
Job Description:
Falcon IT & Staffing Solutions is seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst to support Risk Management Framework (RMF) activities for Defense Health Agency (DHA) systems and applications. Work with assigned sites, stakeholders and Information Systems Security Managers (ISSMs) to support secure operations, continuous monitoring and accreditation.
  
Requirements:

• DHA experience is required.
• Support cybersecurity programs, architecture requirements, policies, processes and procedures.
• Maintain cybersecurity documentation repositories, including eMASS.
• Coordinate inspections, tests, reviews and continuous monitoring with stakeholders.
• Provide technical advisory support to assigned sites and ISSMs.
• Review and contribute to Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms), CCI metrics, policies and procedures.
• Monitor compliance and report incidents through appropriate channels.
• Provide guidance on CMRS tagging, TASKORD and IAVM requirements.
• Support RMF certification and accreditation, risk assessments, analysis and recommendations to Government leadership.

  
Qualifications:

• RMF experience; five or more years or relevant equivalent is preferred.
• DHA experience; five or more years or relevant equivalent is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
