Role: Sales Representative / Team Lead.
Location: Remote - with travel up to four days per week.
 
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated sales professional to drive growth in flexographic plate solvents, distillation equipment, and related services.
 
This role combines business development, technical consultation, and client relationship management, with an opportunity for experienced candidates to build and lead a specialized sales and service team.
 
We welcome both seasoned flexographic industry professionals and emerging sales talent with strong technical aptitude and a desire to learn.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Business Development: Generate revenue by selling flexographic plate solvents, distillation equipment, and related service packages to new and existing customers.
• Client Consultation: Help customers address operational challenges and identify solutions for plate-making processes, solvent recycling, and distillation systems.
• Field Sales & Demonstrations: Travel to customer facilities up to four days per week to conduct demonstrations, build relationships, and close sales.
• Relationship Management: Develop long-term partnerships with packaging converters, printers, and manufacturing facilities.
• Team Leadership: For candidates hired at the team lead level, recruit, train, and mentor a specialized sales and service team.

Qualifications:
We are considering candidates through two experience paths:
 
>> Experienced Industry Professional / Team Lead

• At least 10 years of hands-on experience in the flexographic plate-making industry.
• Comprehensive knowledge of flexographic plate-making workflows, associated equipment, and industrial distillation systems.
• Proven ability to build, lead, and motivate a technical sales and service team.

>> Emerging Sales Professional

• Demonstrated sales potential, initiative, and a strong willingness to learn.
• Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn flexographic plate-making processes, solvents, and distillation equipment.
• Motivation to develop industry expertise and take on increasing responsibility.
