Project Management Intern (Remote)

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Management Intern to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience working collaboratively across multiple departments, including Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, and Web Development.
As an intern, you will gain valuable exposure to project coordination, stakeholder communication, resource planning, and operational processes. This opportunity is ideal for individuals looking to develop practical project management skills and understand how cross-functional teams operate within a business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide project management and administrative support across departments
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of basic Gantt charts and project schedules
• Support cross-functional teams (non-technical involvement) within Finance, Marketing, HR, and Web Development
• Monitor project progress and assist with resource tracking
• Participate in team and project summary meetings with the CEO
• Identify resource gaps and collaborate with the HR recruitment team to address staffing needs
• Perform general administrative tasks using Excel and Word
• Attend client meetings (online), prepare agendas, capture key deliverables, and document meeting minutes
• Follow up with team members to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks

Requirements

• Previous internship or professional experience in Project Management, Executive Assistance, or administrative roles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Foundational understanding of Marketing, HR, Finance, or Web Development functions is highly advantageous
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with MS Project or MS Planner is an advantage
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities
• Proactive and tenacious in tracking task completion and following up with stakeholders

Working Conditions

• Fully remote position
• Regular communication via Zoom, phone, and email
• Minimum commitment of three weekdays per week
