ABOUT POSITION:
We’re looking for an Human Resource Intern
Our host company offers meaningful work experience, strong supervision, supportive work environment, and is planning to offer permanent employment for the suitable candidate.

ABOUT YOU: You must:
have relevant degree qualifications and/or equivalent experience
have relevant experience in human resources or people & culture functions including recruitment and selection and HR administration
have computer skills in database systems and the Microsoft Office suite (spreadsheeting, word processing).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
be highly organised and the ability to manage multiple tasks
demonstrae ability to work as part of a team and promote a positive workplace culture
experience working as part of a multidisciplinary team
be able to work at least 3 days per week.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Posting and removing job advertisements
Scheduling interviews with shortlisted candidates
Collecting pertinent payroll data
Updating employee records with information regarding new hires
Screening resumes
Initiating background checks on potential candidates
Improving and implementing HR policies and procedures
Data entry, updating internal databases, and filing HR documents
