• Early Childhood Educator (Certificate III / Diploma/Graduate Diploma) 
• Assistant Educator 
• Lead Educator (for Diploma-qualified candidates)

Key Responsibilities 

• Supporting children’s learning and development through play-based programs 
• Assisting with daily care, routines, and supervision 
• Implementing the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) 
• Maintaining a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment 
• Observations, documentation, and program support 
• Building positive relationships with families and team members 

  
Candidate Requirements 

• Certificate III or Diploma or Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care 
• Minimum 1 year of relevant Early Childhood work experience 
• Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) 
• First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification (or willingness to obtain) 
• Good communication and teamwork skills 
• Genuine passion for working with children 
• Eligibility to work in Australia or interest in 407 Training Visa pathway
