Job Title: Finance Administrator Intern

Overview: We are seeking a motivated Finance Administrator Intern to join our Finance department. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to gain valuable experience in financial administration and develop their skills in a practical setting. The successful candidate will be involved in a variety of tasks that support the finance team, while also having the potential to transition into a full-time role upon completion of the internship.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with stock ordering and inventory management.
• Enter supplier invoices accurately into the financial systems.
• Organize and maintain financial records and documentation.
• Work with spreadsheets to track and analyze financial data.
• Support the Finance department with various administrative tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with team members on finance-related projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with spreadsheets.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
