Bilingual Production Supervisor (English / Spanish)

What You'll Be Doing - Lead, coach, and develop production employees to hit safety, quality, and delivery targets.
- Plan and coordinate workflow to meet production schedules on time.
- Adjust staffing, materials, and processes to maintain operational efficiency.
- Conduct safety audits and enforce OSHA and company compliance standards.
- Complete daily shift reporting and performance documentation.
- Drive root-cause analysis to resolve manufacturing issues permanently.
- Champion 5S initiatives and sustain organized, efficient work areas.
- Support maintenance coordination and continuous improvement projects.
- Recommend personnel actions and contribute to hiring, evaluations, and development planning.
Required Experience & Skills - High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred).
- 3-5 years of manufacturing or production experience with leadership responsibility.
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal required).
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, safety standards, and quality systems.
- Experience leading teams in fast-paced production environments.
- Proven ability to conduct root-cause analysis and implement process improvements.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting demands.

Compensation & Work Model - Compensation: $70,000 - $85,000 annually (based on experience)

- Work Model: Onsite
- Routine shift hours with occasional overtime as needed
