We're now seeking a senior-level Project Manager to join our Water/Wastewater Linear Infrastructure team—someone who wants more than project delivery. This is a strategic leadership role with a clear succession path into a future Vice President position, working directly alongside the current VP as their right hand.

We're seeking a senior-level Project Manager to join our Water/Wastewater Linear Infrastructure team, with the flexibility to work in a hybrid model from any of our southern Ontario offices, including:

• Hamilton / Stoney Creek, ON
• Pickering, ON
• Guelph, ON
• Mississauga, ON

What you'll lead:
As a senior Project Manager, you'll combine technical expertise, client leadership, and people development:

• Lead planning, design, approvals, and construction administration for municipal linear infrastructure (watermains, sanitary sewers, forcemains)
• Act as the primary client liaison, building long-term, trust-based municipal relationships
• Direct and mentor engineers, designers, and technical staff across multi-office teams
• Oversee project scope, budgets, schedules, and quality assurance
• Support construction teams in resolving complex field challenges
• Prepare and review proposals, technical reports, tender packages, and permit submissions
• Partner closely with senior leadership on strategy, growth, and succession planning

What you bring:

• Engineering degree with P.Eng. (Ontario)
• 15-20+ years in municipal linear infrastructure design and project leadership
• Proven success managing large, multi-disciplinary projects and teams
• Strong understanding of municipal and provincial approval processes
• Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build client trust
• The organizational strength to manage multiple priorities without losing detail

Assets that set you apart:

• Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and/or MicroStation
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project
• Exposure to trenchless construction methods (HDD, microtunneling, auger boring, etc.)
