Distribution Center Pay: $25.00/hr | 3rd Shift

Location: Lebanon, Tn
Shift: 3rd / Monday-Friday 6:00pm to 2:30am or 7:00pm to 3:30am
Pay Rate: $25.00/hr

Job Responsibilities:

• Receive, store, and distribute materials and products according to customer guidelines and ISO 9001 standards
• Operate advanced PIT equipment, including Reach Truck (CROWN model)
• Perform quality checks and maintain safety and operational standards
• Keep a clean and organized work area

Required Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of high-level Reach Truck experience
• Ability to read and communicate in English
• Experience with Crown equipment is a requirement
• Must complete and pass a 15-minute Reach Truck assessment prior to start
• Willingness to work overtime when required
• Reliable transportation to and from the job site
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and pass E-Verify

PPE & Work Environment

• All PPE is provided by the client (vest, gloves, etc.)
• No steel-toe footwear required

Background Policy

• Felonies are not automatic disqualifier
