CNC Turner - Fanuc Controls
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (DOE)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Our Client is a specialist manufacturer processing advanced polymers and producing high-precision CNC machined components for customers worldwide. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced CNC Turner (Fanuc Controls) to join their shop floor team.
The Role
You will be responsible for setting and programming CNC turning machines using Fanuc controls, producing high-quality precision components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Setting and programming CNC turning machines with Fanuc controls
• Producing precision components to tight tolerances
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
• Carrying out tooling changes and offsets
• Ensuring quality standards and production targets are met
• Working effectively both independently and as part of a team

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a CNC Turner
• Strong experience setting and programming CNC turning machines
• Proven knowledge of Fanuc controls
• Passion for engineering with a desire to develop skills
• Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented

Working Hours

• Day Shift: 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday
• Late Shift: 4-day week (39 hours total)
  • Monday-Wednesday: 1:30pm - Midnight
  • Thursday: 1:30pm - 11:00pm
  • Friday: Off
  • Includes up to 20% shift allowance on the basic hourly rate
