Wheel Repair Technician
We are looking for an experienced Alloy Wheel Repair Technician to take the reins of our mobile alloy wheel repair business. You will be based in our Wincanton branch but will travel to our other Dealerships across Somerset, Dorset & Wiltshire, along with other trade and retail customers.

Duties as an Alloy Wheel Repair Technician may include:
1) Conduct thorough inspections of alloy wheels to identify damage, scratches, dents, and other imperfections.
2) Provide accurate assessments of repair requirements and estimated completion times.
3) Execute precise alloy wheel repairs, including straightening, lathe work, sanding, and painting, to restore them to factory standards.
4) Employ industry-leading techniques and equipment to ensure the highest quality finishes.
5) Match paint colours precisely to the manufacturer's specifications, ensuring a seamless and aesthetically pleasing result.
6) Perform rigorous quality checks on completed alloy wheel repairs to guarantee customer satisfaction and adherence to company standards. Maintain detailed records of repairs, including before-and-after photographs, job sheets, and any additional documentation required.
7) Communicate effectively with customers to explain repair processes, provide accurate quotes, and address any inquiries or concerns.
The ideal candidate:
1) Has proven experience as an Alloy Wheel Repair Technician or similar repair & finishing role,
2) Demonstrates strong knowledge of alloy wheel repair techniques, including straightening, lathe work, and painting,
3) Is proficient in colour matching and paint application,
4) Is familiar with industry-standard tools and equipment,
5) Shows excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results,
